Zuni Tribe Bear Pendants Necklace This vintage necklace is a unique find from the Zuni tribe of New Mexico. It was originally obtained in the 1930s as trade jewelry, most likely purchased by a tourist, at a Trading Post, where local artists sold their handmade items. It has 9 hand-carved bears made of different semi-precious stones and has tiny hand made beads interspersed on the necklace. The stones usually were from the area of the Reservation. Some are turquoise and coral. This very delicate necklace is in excellent condition
