Zuni Sun Face Pin - Zuni Sun Face Pendant - Dual Use Zuni Pin/Pendant - Shell, Tourquoise, Coral and Onyx Channel set on 9.25 Silver Base

This listing is for a lovely Zuni Sun Face pin/pendant.  It was made as dual purpose...or could sell to man or woman.  It was probably made by Native Americans and sold at a trading post in the Southwest.  It is a fine 1940s piece  of Indigenous Zuni craftsmanship, with a .925 silver base and channel set stones, depicting the Sun Father.  The setting was made of mussel shell, coral, and turquoise and onyx.  The pin is 1.25" in diameter and has an undeniable charm. The mussel shell around the edge brings a pearlescent shine to the Sun Face, which according to Native American Lore,  helps bring joy to the one wearing it.  The pin is vintage and has some wear but looks great as is, see photos. This pin is a beautiful piece of Indigenous art that is ready to be worn.
