Venetian Handblown Wedding Cake Bead Choker Necklace From the 1950s

Take a close look at this beautiful choker necklace made with Handmade Venetian Blue Wedding Cake beads, blue round glass beads and little yellow cut crystal spacers.  This is a perfect example of mid century tourist trade jewelry from Italy.  Each of the Wedding cake beads has trails of 14K gold glass around them plus tiny pink blossoms interspersed with yellow dots.  Each bead was hand crafted, and the glass, which appears to be gold, actually has 14k gold mixed into the molten glass before it is trailed onto the large ble beads.  This would be a beautiful bridal necklace, quietly adding "something blue" to the brides ensemble.

The necklace is vintage but is in like new condition, and would be beautiful for years to come.
