Sterling Silver Feather and Turquoise Stone, Sterling Silver Beads and Bone Beads

ITEM: 925 sterling silver Native American feather necklace with bone quills, turquoise beads and sterling beads

Materials: Sterling silver, turquoise stone, bone quills

Dimensions: Pendent 1 inch, necklace 9.5" drop 

 History: This is not a signed Indigenous necklace, but it has all the hallmarks of a Trade Piece sold in Trading Posts, at Regional Pow Wows, and along the roadways in the Southwest in the mid- century (1940 - 1970).

This necklace has obviously stood the test of time, leaving it in wonderful condition. The pendant and chain are sterling silver ( stamped 925). A channel of turquoise stone creates the Silver feather's shaft, and turquoise beads, silver beads, and rods of bone quills decorate the chain. 
The pendant measures 1 inch, and the necklace as a whole has a 9.5" drop.
