PARCO Gold Wisp Flower Brooch/Pin With Crystal Beaded Center

This lovely pin that looks like a flower with a pale blue center, being blown by the wind, is signed "PARCO"  which was a mark only used  from 1946 to 1953 and the company was located in Providence RI. They were known for creating beautiful designs in metal enhanced by glass or crystal settings.
