Mother of Pearl Princess Necklace

Proudly shining with wonderful beauty, the mother of pearl beads catch the light in the swirls of pearl and reflect back to grab your eye. With the biggest beads in the middle, the beads gradually reduce in size, in ascending order, from the center of the necklace to the twist clasp in the back. This wonderful piece would be terrific for a beach wedding; the sunlight would reflect and sparkle off the Mother of Pearl beads. What better for a beach bride than a necklace made from shells?  This necklace was most likely from the mid-1940s.
