This beautiful choker necklace is short enough to sit right on your collar. The sail-shaped Lucite Moon glow green cabochons set with gold-tone mountings is truly an elegant look. The maker's mark is "ART," which was used from about 1955 until about 1970 by Arthur Pepper.
