Gold Brooch of Twin Sunflowers with Seed Pearl Centers, Maker's Mark HTI

This beautifully elegant brooch features two gold sunflowers with seed pearl centers. It is marked "HTI" on the back and is gold-tone; the two flowers are held together with a pin, the petals of the flower have texture, while the stem is smooth.  A quick check of the listings for American and European designers did not give me an answer as to who HTI is or was, but the construction of the piece and the use of natural seed pearls say it had to be someone who cared about constructing a useful and beautiful design which would last. The pin has been cared for and loved.
