History: Florenza was a costume jewelry manufacturer out of NYC. They made quality items for a reasonable price through the mid century.

This is a stunning amber lucite brooch in an intricate Square gold tone frame enhanced by tiny seed pearls and rust colored crystals. Below the frame a teardrop of  swirled amber lucite is suspended. It is in great condition, see photos. 

The amber stone in the middle of the pin is surrounded by 12 tiny cultured seed pearls and 4 autumn crystals. the back of the pin is marked with the Florenza name. Florenza was a major player in the custom-made jewelry in New York and known for their high-quality workmanship, materials, and designs.
