EME Green Stone Filigree Brooch/Pin and Pendant

This is a beautiful, large Taxco brooch or pendant from Mexico, made of a pretty dark Green Onyx stone set in an intricate circle of Sterling Silver. The piece is marked Mexico and 925, plus it has the signature EME and the mark for Taxco.  It is 1.75" long and 1.5" wide.  The back has a loop for a chain to make it a necklace or a pin to make it a brooch. For the collector of Taxco, this is a wonderful example of 1930 to 1950 artistry. For the BoHo lady, it is a great addition to the wardrobe.
