Bulova 10k Gold Filled Ladies Watch with 12k Chain

This lovely vintage 1940s ladies watch was made by the Bulova company! Established in 1875 and still existing today, Bulova has made their company name famous, by producing high quality watches and jewelry. The watch, itself, bears the Bulova name on the face and is marked 10k rolled gold plating.  The Watch has a dial along its right side, which has limited functionality. The watch chain may not be the watch's original chain, as it is  12k gold filled and has various engravings on its clasp (appears to be a name and possibly a date, as maybe was gifted to the person) the inside of the clasp reads, "1/20 - 12k Gold Filled, R/R, PAT. 1. 786. 945. MADE IN U.S.A." The outside reads, "MR VP." Watch band is only approximately 7in around - definitely intended for petite wrists. The watch is not functional, but was well cared for, thus, repair is definitely possible. Gold plating, generally is warrantied for only about 5 years of daily use. The gold plating on this watch is still in great condition some 75 years later.
