Black and Gold Tone Glass Brooch - Eastern Style Art Pin

The item for sale is a beautifully unique art brooch. At 1.5in wide and 2in long, this item packs a lot of detail into its small size. The base and bubble trim of the item are a gold tone metal, which holds a glass oval cabochon. The cabochon has a clear top, but a bottom that's been painted black in order to better display a golden, 3D design. The art within depicts an older man in early Eastern fashion (possibly Chinese), he is wearing a straw hat, has a sword attached to his back, and is holding a paper parasol in one hand, and a flower in the other. He is surrounded by tall grass, and flowers similar to the one he's holding. The condition of this piece is very good. It has minimal imperfections (see photos), and the pin itself is fully functional.
